Dear Montgomery Families,

As many of you are aware, law enforcement authorities continue to search for an escaped prisoner in various areas of Chester County. I am writing to assure you that the safety and well-being of your children and our community remain our top priority. You entrust your children to us every day and we take that responsibility very seriously.

We are in on-going, close communication with local law enforcement and there has been no recommendation to change school operations at this time. Nonetheless, as an additional precautionary measure, we will have police presence and increased supervision throughout our school day. If we are notified that any other changes need to take place, we will implement the appropriate course of action and notify you as soon as possible.
