Dear Montgomery Families,

Please read this entire message.

The Pick-A-Time Scheduling System is now open. All conferences will be held virtually on October 19 and 20 via Google Meet. The teacher's schedules fill up quickly, so please schedule your conferences as soon as possible. The online scheduling system closes on Wednesday, October 18th at 3:00 PM.

To schedule your conference(s):

Enter your email and password and click on Login/Create Account. You will then have to confirm your email or create an account if you are using a new email address. Follow the prompts. (If you forgot your password, you can have a new one sent to your email by clicking on the “forgot password” button.)

Student ID = Child's Formal Name

Student's Birthday must be entered in this format xx/xx/xxxx

If you have more than one child, you may need to enter the information for each child.

Lower School Conferences are scheduled for 25-minute time slots.
Middle School and Special Teacher Conferences are scheduled for 10-minute time slots.
