School Communications We are pleased to announce that school email communications can now be viewed on our website on the parent portal. You can also easily access it from Quicklinks on the homepage. |

Dismissal Changes
Please remember to use the new PUP web app for all early dismissals, late arrivals, reporting absences, daily dismissal changes, dismissals for Enrichments, OT Sports, 5th grade sports, and middle school game day pick ups. |

Morning Carline
All students in grades K-8 are to be dropped off outside the gym. To ensure everyone's safety, students are not permitted to exit the car until they reach the drop-off location. PreK students are to be dropped off at their classroom, behind Bell Hall. |

OT Sports Fridays 3:15 - 4:15 PM
OT Sports is offered to Lower and Middle School students throughout the year for an additional fee, and takes place on Fridays from 3:15 - 4:15 pm. Each session will focus on sport specific skills and will be directed by Director of Athletics, Carolyn Blair. Click below for more information or to register your child. |

5th Grade Interscholastic Sports Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3:15 - 4:15 PM
Fifth grade students have the opportunity to play on the Middle School Athletic teams. The 5th graders who choose to participate will practice with the Middle School teams. Visit our website to learn more and register. |

Tuesday 9/13 and Wednesday 9/14 Student Portraits
We are excited to welcome Little Nest Portraits to campus this week to take our students' portraits. The date for your child(ren)'s class can be found here. Students are to wear an appropriate uniform for their grade, as outlined in our Uniform Policy. White shirts, blazers, and ties are optional for middle school students.

We are excited to invite you to our first All School Chapel of the year, when eighth graders escort the kindergarten students, this Friday, September 16 at 8:30 AM. |

Save the date for the Middle School dance on Friday, September 16! There will be a $5 entrance fee. |

Annual Golf Tournament - Last Chance to Register!
Monday is the last day to register to play in our Annual Golf Tournament or to promote your business with a hole sponsorship. You’ll enjoy lunch, 18 holes of golf, contests, prizes, silent auction, cocktail reception, and dinner. This year’s dinner will be in memory of Christine Schaffer, beloved member of the Monty community, avid golfer, and dear friend. Registration and Sponsorships are still available at montygolf2022.givesmart.com.

Thursday, September 22 Lower School Parent's Night, PreK-4th Grade 7:00 PM Parent's Night will begin in Bell Hall for a brief gathering and parents will then move into their child's classroom. 5th Grade Families will be invited to attend Middle School Parent's Night on Thursday, September 29th. |

Monday, September 26 Rosh Hashanah, No School In observance of Rosh Hashanah, there will be NO SCHOOL on September 26th. Classes will resume on Tuesday, September 27th. MSD Camp by Geoventures

Friday, September 23 MSCA Meeting
9:00 AM
Mark your calendars for the first MSCA meeting of the year on Friday, September 23! We will meet in the Library. We hope to see as many people as possible. There will be a zoom option available for those who cannot attend in person. Keep an eye on your email for an announcement about how to ask questions and give feedback, even if you can’t attend. Your participation means everything to us! |

| Fall Mums Orders Due by 9/21 The MSCA is selling 9” Garden Mums (9x6 Terracotta color pot) as their annual fundraiser. The cost is $7 each. Orders are due by Wednesday, September 21st. Plants will be ready for pick-up on Wednesday, September 28th, outside the Dining Room. |
