Fall Mum Sale Order Form

The MSCA is selling 9” Garden Mums (9x6 Terracotta color pot) as their annual fundraiser. The cost is $7 each. Please see below for a list and photos of colors available for sale. Colors may vary and are based upon availability. If any changes need to be made we will contact you.To order your plants, please complete and submit the form below. Orders are due by Wednesday, September 21st. Plants will be ready for pick-up on Wednesday, September 28th, outside the Dining Room.
