Your Visit Includes:

• Personalized Conversations: Meet with our Admissions Team and hear directly from Student Ambassadors about life at Montgomery .
• An Interactive Campus Walk: Explore our classrooms, outdoor learning spaces, and grounds. (Grab comfortable shoes or boots—there's plenty to see and experience!)
• A True Sense of Community: Discover firsthand what makes the Montgomery family so special.

We are currently accepting applications for the 2027–2028 school year, as well as mid-year enrollment for the current school year. Submit an Application ($50 application fee) to begin the admissions process.

We encourage families to complete their application by December 4, 2026 to be considered in our first-round admissions decisions. Submitting an application is also the required first step before scheduling your child's on-campus visit day. Applications submitted after December 4 are reviewed on a rolling basis—and we welcome rolling applicants throughout the year.

Student Visit Day

After submitting your application, your child’s next step is to join us for a Student Visit Day. Required for all applicants, this experience gives your child an authentic taste of life at Montgomery—from engaging classroom activities to lunch and recess with future classmates. During their visit, our Admissions Team will also complete a grade-level readiness assessment in a warm, supportive setting.

What to Expect:

• Academic Assessment: Age-appropriate testing with our Admissions Team to evaluate grade-level skills and academic readiness.
• Classroom & Campus Life: Hands-on learning with Montgomery faculty, plus time at lunch and recess to connect with peers.
• Community Connection: A low-pressure opportunity to build friendships, explore campus, and discover what makes our school culture so special.
   

Scheduling Your Visit:

Our Admissions Team will coordinate your child's visit day directly once your application is submitted. You can also reach out to us at admissions@montgomeryschool.org to schedule or ask questions.

Teacher Recommendation Forms:

Applicants to grades PreK–8 should submit a Teacher Recommendation Form to their primary classroom teacher, who can return the completed form directly to our Admissions Team. Please request recommendations beginning in November to allow teachers adequate time to get to know your child this school year. The form can be requested electronically through the checklist in Finalsite Enrollment, or applicants may use the PDF provided below.

Academic Records:

For applicants to grades Kindergarten–8th, please request your child’s previous year’s progress report/report card, as well as any current-year reports, from their current school. You may submit the Records Release Form directly to your child’s current school, or use the electronic request option in the Finalsite Enrollment portal to request these documents.
