Mark R. Ashton is a retired attorney and publisher of the Pennsylvania Divorce & Domestic Relations Blog. During his four decades in practice, he served as a board member of the Montgomery Bar Association and chaired the Family Law Section of the Chester County Bar. He has also chaired the Family Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is a long-time board member of Historic Yellow Springs, Inc. and has served two terms as President. He currently chairs the West Pikeland Historic Commission and serves on the Historic Area Review Board.

Originally from Montgomery County, Dr. Chang Graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2000 with a degree in Molecular Biology. She earned her M.D. from Temple University Medical School in 2004 and completed an Internal Medicine residency and Infectious Diseases fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in 2009. She works part-time as an Infectious Diseases physician at the Wilmington VA Medical Center and per diem at PENN-Chester County Hospital. She currently resides in Chester Springs with her daughter Penny, who attends Montgomery School, and her husband, Jerry Lee, a Pediatrician in Reading, PA.

Chanelle and her family were first introduced to the Montgomery School Community while attending Little Me events with her children, followed by hosting kids cooking programs at Monty. She and her husband excitedly enrolled their children in 2021. Originally from Reading, PA and a proud graduate of Reading Senior High School, Chanelle is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with specialization in pediatric psychology, behavioral medicine, and weight and eating disorders. She received her B.S. and M.S. in Health Psychology from Saint Joseph’s University. Chanelle also received her M.A. and Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from LaSalle University. She completed a clinical internship at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center in pediatric and child clinical psychology. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship in pediatric obesity at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She continues to serve as a psychologist in Psychiatry at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. In addition, she is the Founder and Chief Creative Officer at The Crafty Chef Academy, LLC, Franchisee of Rita’s Italian Ice and Frozen Custard (Pughtown), and Founder and Director of Clinical Services of a small private practice. She also teaches after-school enrichment programs and summer camps. She has previously held roles as President of MOMS Club (WV), 2nd Vice President and Secretary of Parent Teacher Association (WV), Board Member of A Path to Hope, and teaching at the collegiate level. In addition to experience in healthcare, education, and the restaurant industry, she has worked in retail and banking. Chanelle brings skills in grant writing, fundraising, marketing, and management.

Chanelle and her husband, Ken, live in Chester County with their children (P’24, P’27, P’31).

Chanelle is a lifelong learner, finding joy in attending trainings and seminars. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering at her children’s schools, serving others in the community, cooking, crafting, reading, and traveling.

Niall grew up in Ireland and graduated from Trinity College in Dublin with a degree in Computer Science from the TCD School of Engineering.

Niall has lived and worked in Ireland, England, Germany and the United States of America. Niall worked for a variety of healthcare and technology companies in a variety of technical and managerial roles before starting e4, a Healthcare Consulting Firm, in 2006. e4 employs approximately 300 people and is based out of Reading, PA. Niall specializes in Electronic Health Records, Complex Program Management, Governance, LEAN and Organizational Change Management. Niall is also a former member of the AHIMA FORE Board.

Niall lives in West Chester Pennsylvania and is father of two children (Liam and Lani) and stepfather of two (Jimmy and Pete). In addition to enjoying spending time with his family, Niall enjoys golf, windsurfing, movies, fitness training, photography, travel and having a ‘cuppa’ Irish Tea!

Anthony is the proud owner of Student Services Company, a thriving family-owned business that delivers top-quality graduation specialty products to schools across the Tri-State Area. With a degree in Finance from Villanova University, Anthony has been a key member of the Board of Trustees since 2019, actively contributing to the Cultivation and Governance Committees. He currently chairs the Finance and Operations Committee and serves on the Executive Committee. Anthony lives in Collegeville with his wife Laurie and their three kids: Nick, Maddie (Class of '20), and Ben (Class of '22).

Julian obtained a B.A. in history from the College of Wooster, J.D. from William and Mary, and A.M. in Philosophy from Duke University. After serving for 27 years as a Deputy Attorney General and Senior Deputy Attorney General in the NJ Attorney General’s Office, he now practices law from his home office as a sole practitioner.

Julian is a lifetime member of the NJ Association of County Boards of Taxation, Co-Chair of the Animal Law Committee of the NJ Bar Association, and former Board Member of the Charlestown Playhouse, a Cooperative Preschool and Kindergarten.
Julian lives on a nearby farm with his wife, Susan, daughter and Monty 3d-grader, Lexi, and two dogs. He enjoys playing the cello, reading, and learning chess with, and from, his daughter, Lexi. He also enjoys the outdoors, especially skiing, biking, and swimming.

Morgan is a 2001 alumna of Montgomery School and obtained her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Rhode Island in 2009. She is currently a Trust Officer at SEI Trust Company, a leading provider of collective investment trusts to the United States retirement market which services more than $200 billion in assets. After earning her PMP® in 2021, she joined the Project Management Office at SEI Investments Company as a Project Manager. Prior to SEI she worked as a Project Manager at Harsco Environmental leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional and international teams in the engineering and manufacturing sector. Morgan lives in Glenmoore with her husband, Michael, and their two children, Nora (’33) and Nolan.

Chase is a cultural heritage professional who brings non-profit administrative and project management experience to her service as a Montgomery Trustee. She currently works as Academic Affairs Administrator at Winterthur Museum, Garden & Library, a role at the intersection of museums and higher education that supports interdisciplinary research and graduate education. Chase received a B.A. in art history from the University of Delaware and is a Montgomery alumna. In addition to holding various positions at Winterthur over the past ten years, she worked as an archival processor for the University of Pennsylvania’s PACSCL Hidden Collections Project to increase researchers’ access to understudied library collections in the Greater Philadelphia area. In 2015, she shared this expertise with Montgomery by organizing the School’s archives for its Centennial. Chase’s time at Montgomery cultivated a deep and sustained joy for learning, which she brings to her professional service and engagement with students, researchers, and creative professionals across the arts and humanities.

Christopher Mazza lives in Chester Springs with his wife Caroline and their three children: Philip and Henry, who currently attend Montgomery School, and Stella, who looks forward to joining the community in the future. Christopher holds a BBA from St. Joseph’s Haub School of Business and is the owner of several insurance-related businesses across Pennsylvania.

In addition to serving as a Trustee for Montgomery School, he has served as Chair of the Chester Springs Library and as a Director for both Elizabethtown Insurance Company and Fidelio Insurance Company. Christopher is also active in the community, where he enjoys coaching youth baseball, playing golf, and watching UFC events. Above all, he credits his accomplishments to the love and support of his wife, Caroline.

Matt Micciche is the Interim Head of School at York School for the 2025-26 academic year. This is Matt's 20th year as a school head, having most recently served in that capacity at Lancaster Country day School in Pennsylvania. Prior to serving at LCDS, Matt was Head of School at Friends School of Baltimore for 16 years. Before that time, he was an English teacher, lacrosse coach, Upper School Head and Assistant Head at Wilmington Friends School in Wilmington, DE. 

Throughout his career, Matt has served on numerous boards, including the National Center for Independent School Renewal, the Association of Independent Maryland Schools, and the Friends Council on Education. 

He is married to his wife Frances, and they have three boys, Peter, Jason, and David. 

Kate Miceli is in her second year serving on the Montgomery School Board, where she is a member of the Finance and Operations Committee. She brings extensive leadership experience as a global operations executive in the professional services industry, with a career spanning 20 years. Kate is passionate about the mission of Montgomery School and its impact to students and the community. 

At home in Chester Springs, she and her husband, Steve, are raising their two daughters, Ava and Vera, who are both active students at Montgomery. The Miceli family enjoys spending time together traveling, being outdoors, and cheering on the girls’ activities in sports, dance and theater.

Al is the President of Connectivity and Power Solutions division of GCG, a world leader in connectivity. In addition, Al serves on the board of Polymer Solutions Group, an innovative manufacturer of polymer additives and specialty dispersions. Prior to that, he spent nearly 20 years working at several leading chemical and materials companies in commercial and leadership roles. 

Al earned his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Moravian College where he is now serving as a Trustee.  He also earned an MBA from the University of Rhode Island.  Al joined the Montgomery Board of Trustees in 2023 and serves on the Finance & Operations and Cultivation Committees. He and his wife, Carrie, live in Chester Springs with their daughter Ellery '22 and son Gus ’29, as well as a lab named Otis who loves the pickup line at Monty!

Audrey Porter is an alumna of Montgomery School. She was a member of the last graduating class in 1988 at the Wynnewood campus and has maintained lifelong friendships with her classmates.  She has been a member of the board since 2019. Her daughter, Ashlyn is also an alumna having graduated in 2020.

Audrey earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Fairfield University in Connecticut. She has been involved in HR technology and software consulting for the past 20 years, most recently with Mastek, Inc.

Audrey lives in West Chester, PA with her husband, Eric & daughter, Ashlyn (’20).

Saroj Ramdas is the Director of CMC Biopharm Regulatory Advocacy, Strategy & Policy at GlaxoSmithKline based in Collegeville, PA. She is passionate about putting patients first and leads strategic initiatives focused on industry alignment regarding pharmaceutical development topics, drives strategic approaches from a regulatory perspective to enhance product development and engages globally with respect to Health Authority policy and regulations. She is an active leader in various pharmaceutical industry trade organizations and is the Scientific Director of The Wanda Bilec Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer. She has a B.S. in Chemistry from The College of William & Mary and a M.S in Biochemistry from The Medical College of Virginia. Saroj and her husband Naresh joined the Montgomery family in 2012 when their son Siddarth joined Middle School who is currently at AIM Academy, class of 2019. Their second son Inan is currently a member of Montgomery’s class of 2019.

Troy Sisum serves at Imagine360’s Chief Legal Officer, where he oversees the company’s litigation strategy throughout the United States.  He advises the company on health care and ERISA matters that impacts its business, and works with various trade organizations relating to targeted government relations initiatives.  He also the executive overseeing the company's HR team, and serves as the Corporate Secretary to the Board.  Prior to joining Imagine360, Troy was an accomplished trial attorney practicing civil litigation with an emphasis on complex litigation matters, specifically in the areas of dangerous prescription drugs, defective medical devices, occupational exposure claims and catastrophic workers’ compensation subrogation matters throughout the United States.  Mr. Sisum graduated cum laude from La Salle University in 1998, and earned his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in 2002.  He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and several federal courts throughout the United States.

Joshua Stewart is a 1992 alumnus of Montgomery School, arriving the second year the school moved to it's Chester Springs location.  Professionally, he is a Market Development Executive at Capgemini, N.A., a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services. 

A 2001 Graduate of the US Naval Academy, Joshua is a 12-year veteran of the US Navy where he served as a Nuclear-Submarine Officer on two forward-deployed fast-attack submarines. His shore tours included teaching Leadership and Ethics at the US Naval Academy, and standing up a capstone practicum for submarine-bound midshipmen. He holds a BS from the Naval Academy, MS in Human Resource Development and Leadership from the Naval Postgraduate School, and an MBA from Penn State. 

As a veteran, Joshua acts as a Character Ambassador for the Travis Manion Foundation.  TMF empowers veterans and families of fallen heroes to develop character in future generations.

He, his wife Kelly, and children, Lincoln ('25) and Jasmine ('26), reside in Chester Springs, PA.

Ashley Wilson is a '97 alumna of Montgomery School. She is the Founder and CEO of Bar Down Investments, LLC, Co-Founder of Apartment Addicts & Co-Founder of HouseItLook, LLC, Best Selling Author of The Only Woman
in the Room, Knowledge and Inspiration from 20 Women Real Estate Investors, a regular
contributor to RENT magazine and has hosted several BiggerPockets multifamily series. She
started investing in real estate in 2009 and has been involved in over $165 million in
transactions and managed over $13 million in construction, within both single and multifamily,
across over 1,500 units. In addition to operating her own investments, Ashley provides
consulting and mentorship to other operators and investors. Ashley graduated on the Dean's
List from Colgate University and then received a Masters in Leadership Development from Penn
State University, where she was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. Ashley is
a certified Six Sigma Lean Professional (SSLP) and a certified NAA Independent Rental Owner
Professional (IROP). Today Ashley serves on the Penn State Real Estate Board, the Co-Chair
of her alma mater, Colgate University, and a Montgomery School Board of Trustee. Outside of
real estate she enjoys spending time with her family and competing her horses in the
hunter-jumpers.

The Executive Committee acts on behalf of the board if decisions need to be made swiftly and serves as a sounding board and strategic advisory group to the head of school.

The Governance Committee is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and orienting new board members and for ensuring the ongoing professional development of all board members.

The Finance Committee is responsible for establishing the annual budget and ensuring the financial strength and sustainability of the School.

The Advancement Committee is responsible for advancing the financial health of the School and setting the vision, strategy and policies for enrollment management and development.

The Audit Committee is responsible for overseeing the annual audit of the School's financial statements.
