Welcoming Day for Prekindergarten through 8th grade is scheduled for Thursday, September 2. Families with students in Prekindergarten through 8th grade are welcome to stop by the School between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Students entering the 6th grade are asked to arrive at 12:00 PM. This will enable families who are new to the Middle School to spend more time with their advisors. Attendance on this day often ensures a more comfortable first day of School for students. Kindergarten through 8th grade students must wear their School uniform to Welcoming Day.
Check-In
-
New and returning families should report to Bell Hall. “Check-in” ensures that all necessary forms have been completed and turned in. Representatives from the
MSCA
will be in Bell Hall to meet you and will be available to answer any questions about volunteer opportunities.
In the Classrooms
- Teachers will be available to greet both parents and students.
In the Gym Lobby
- Athletic/PE uniform (sweatshirts, sweatpants, T-shirts, and shorts) will be available for purchase. This is required for students in 4th – 8th grades.
As a reminder, classes begin on Tuesday, September 7th at 8:30 AM for all students. We look forward to seeing you! Enjoy your remaining weeks of summer!
Sincerely,
Susan Marotta, Lower School Head
Chris Gorycki, Middle School Head
