Find Out How You Can Help at the 27th Annual Benefit & Auction Meeting, Wed. 10/29, 9 am
The planning has begun for our 27th Annual Benefit and Auction. The Benefit chairs are Christine Whaley, Meaghan Stoops and Lori Ciprich. Volunteering for the Benefit is a wonderful way to get involved and meet parents in the community. It is also a ton of fun! Please come to this first informative Benefit meeting on Wednesday, October 29th at 9:00 am in the Dining Room, to hear more about it and ways that you can help. Not sure? Attending the meeting does not commit you to volunteer.
It all happens on Friday, October 31st! The children enjoy autumn at Montgomery School. Students will partner with their school buddies for a hayride, find their way through an alien spaceship attraction, pick a jack-be-little pumpkin, play games and enjoy snacks on the decorated campus. All students should drop the dress code and dress appropriately for outdoor activities. Parent volunteers are needed to guide the children on and off the hayride, direct the children through the alien spaceship attraction, monitor games, serve snacks and drinks, provide treats and help set-up and clean up. Due to the limited time for Fall Fun Day activities, as well as keeping all areas clear for the wagon, we ask that only parents who are volunteers attend the day’s earlier activities. Please click "Read More" for volunteer details! The costume parade begins at 2:00 pm, and all parents are encouraged to attend the parade.
