The role of the Montgomery School Enrollment Committee is to set the vision, strategy, and policies for long-term enrollment growth at Montgomery School.
The Committee Will:
- Establish a long-term vision for Montgomery School enrollment
- Serve as a sounding board and strategic advisor to the administrative team on matters related to recruitment, retention, and branding
- Develop and recommend for Board action policies to increase long-term enrollment, such as admissions policy and financial aid policy
- Provide input to the Finance Committee on pricing strategies and their impact on enrollment
- Become informed about current and emerging enrollment management practices at independent schools
The Committee Will Not:
- Get involved with tactical decisions regarding marketing and related activities
- Make suggestions to staff members about current operations
- Intervene on behalf of individual families or students
- Perform operational tasks
- Leap to assumptions based on hearsay and anecdote
