Charter
The charter of the Montgomery School Advancement Committee is to advance the financial health of the School by:
- Providing strategic insights and recommendations to the development team about strategies for optimizing annual giving at Montgomery School;
- Supporting the development staff and volunteers in meeting annual fund targets for each year;
- Participating in identification and solicitation of leadership gifts;
- Taking a leadership role in planning for and executing capital campaigns; and
- Providing strategic insights and recommendations to the Head of School regarding marketing and enrollment strategies to optimize tuition revenue for the School.
