Spirit Wear and P.E. Uniforms

Due to recent shipping and customer service issues which have impacted several of our families, we have made the decision to close our online store. If you have any outstanding orders, please notify Marianne Kaplan.

In an effort to make things easier, P.E. uniforms will be available for purchase through Lands End, along with our school uniforms. We will also be selling spirit wear several times a year through a local sportswear company, which can also be worn for P.E. and athletics. Our first sale begins begins today through Tuesday, October 9. Click here to place your order. Please note, only Middle School students are permitted to wear Montgomery spirit wear as part of their regular school uniform.

Fall Sports Apparel and Spiritwear on Sale

Show your school spirit with fall sports apparel, spirit wear, and more great Montgomery items! The new online store will be open 9/30 - 10/9. A link to the store can also be found on our website under Quicklinks. Orders will be delivered the week of October 22nd.

Columbus Day - No School

In observance of Columbus Day, there will be no school on Monday, October 8.

Saturday, October 13

Practice ISEE Exam

A practice ISEE exam will take place for all 8th grade students on Saturday, October 13th. The test begins at 8:30 AM; students should arrive no later than 8:15 AM in the Dining Room.

Fall Fun Day

Fall Fun Day is a festive Montgomery tradition filled with hayrides, games, and delicious treats...and it's just around the corner! We are in need of volunteers to help make this an extra special day for our students! If you would like to volunteer, please contact co-chairs Bill Wisneski and Mary Doherty.

$4 Wawa Hoagie Vouchers

The MSCA is selling Wawa hoagie vouchers, which are $4 each and good for any 6 inch shorti hoagie. Coupons never expire. Coupons will be delivered to your child approximately 2-3 weeks after ordering. Please click here for more details and to order.

Parents' Night Out

Treat yourself to a night out! Students can be dropped off in the Dining Room at 6:00 PM in their pajamas and sneakers. We will have pizza for dinner & dessert. Then we head off to play in the gym. We end the evening in Bell Hall where we watch a movie on the BIG screen. Pick up is by 10:00 PM. Cost is $25 for the 1st child and $15 for each sibling, due at time of drop off. Enrichments
PreK Music Makers: Come join the fun as we create silly songs, march to beats, play music games, and have fun social interaction with our PreK friends! Session begins Oct 9.

Pottery Box Workshop: Take a pottery bisque box and make it into something special with a unique glazing technique and cut out patterns. Session begins Oct 22.

Self Portraits

Our 4th grade artists worked diligently to create their own self portraits! While doing so, students had the opportunity to make their own artistic choices. They created profile or front view realistic or abstract self-portraits. The students chose among a variety of drawing and collage materials to make the work their own. When finished, each artwork showed a unique representation of the artist.

All girls in grades K-8 are invited to join Girl Scouts at Montgomery! The Lower School Girl Scout Meetings will be held in the Dining Room on the first Thursday of the month after school until 5:15PM. The Middle School (cadettes) meeting time is still to be determined. Alert Notification

We conducted a test of our Alert Notification System last Saturday, 9/22. If you did not receive the alert via phone and/or text, please contact Janis Oeschger.

Please Drive Safely

For everyone's safety, please drive slowly and cautiously when entering and exiting campus, during drop off and pick up, and in the parking lot. We also ask that you remain in car line during drop off until you reach Bell Hall.

OT Sports, Session 2
Montgomery is happy to offer Flag Football or Tennis for Session 2 of OT Sports, open to all Lower School Students. Tennis will be run by Greater Pottstown Tennis and Learning (GPTL) and Football will be coached by Mr. Naylor. The programs will run simultaneously for a 6-week session, starting on Friday Nov 2. Each program offers sport specific instruction with an emphasis on fun, character building, positive attitude, and sportsmanship. Register online.
